Healthcare facilities struggled with manual processes, long wait times, and fragmented patient records. Patients had difficulty accessing their health information and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Designed a comprehensive digital health platform with a focus on accessibility and ease of use. Conducted user research with both patients and healthcare staff to understand pain points across the entire care journey.
